More 7D Slow Mo Test Footage
Had a few clips that where filmed in 60fps so had a fiddle with them. These are the ones that came out alright-ish. - Also check out my facebook page for up to date info on races and pictures. http://www.facebook.com/Tyler138Photo & http://www.tyler138.com

Wow! so crisp
What program do you use & what format do you edit in as I always have trouble due to some formats not liking vegas and my comp...??

Format is straight of the camera, you are meant to change it but for little things lie this i dont bother. So its a .mov h.264 compression. For the slow mo used Twixtor in After Effects and then put together in Final Cut.

Ok cool, I have problems with lag when trying to edit h.264, any suggestions on which format would be ideal to convert to without losing its quality (too much)?

What are you using to edit? If it's Premiere anything below CS5 is pretty bad, the mercury playback engine is immense now.

Really you shouldn't be editing h.264 its more a compressed format and used for the final video. For Final Cut your meant to change to Pro Res, not to sure on Vegas. Give it a google or have a look around on Vimeo and you will find the answer.
