okay that really sucked....been there done that. Hense the braces I were when I ride now. Heal up, don't be a hero. Stick with the physio. We'll talk soon.

That sucks man, you took it like a champ though. When I tore my mcl i was freaking, it hurt like a bitch. Hope all goes well with the surgery.
