CRC/Nukeproof - Go Fast or Crash Trying

Team CRC/Nukeproof had a bad weekend at the third round of the UCI MTB World Cup in Leogang, Austria, with crashes and under-par performances leaving the team frustrated and disappointed. Matt Simmonds sums up the team's performance pretty well saying: "You're either going fast or you're crashing."

its a thing that you put your wheel in and then it lifts it off the floor so u can pedal on the spot like an exersize bike but only it is an actual bike
