haha I'm gonna have to agree with you, I shit the bed on the angle... I wasn't even gonna use the footage until I showed it to my buddy and he thought it was edit worthy. Check "Relaxation Ride" if you want to see it. Thanks for the positive comment though!

lol no problem
I did end up watching the rest anyways... Good stuff man... I'm still messing with my gopro trying to find the best mounting option... so far, it seems I think side-helmet is best, but wouldn't mind trying a chestie too... also, using 60fps has really helped make vids more watchable.
I've checked out your other vids too... good stuff, thanks for sharing.

I have yet to try 60fps but it would definitely make the rough stuff smoother, as for chest cam, I think it gives the best rider perspective when it's actually pointed forward, unlike in my vid haha

Mount the camera upside down in the chestie and use the UPd function and also film in r3 which is the 720p@60fps but its a bigger raw file size so keep that in mind if you use 8GB SD cards. You'll also need to extend the backplate another 2 inches down with cardboard and duck tape because it's balance point in the upside down position is all f*cked up and it shakes no matter how tight the straps are. I'll take a pic of mine and send it to you.

PB uploaded them all flipped and shit for some reason. But yeah. You can tilt the camera to a better angle in the upside down position and then you just extend the back plate with cardboard and duct tape. All my 2011 vids are filmed this way and the pano vids are where I extended the back plate... a lot less camera movement compared to the swansea vids.

sorry I should have elaborated... i edited the footage into this video: www.pinkbike.com/video/208713 and as you can see in the comments some annoying kids kept saying it was sped up and asked for the raw footage

Other than that, great riding.
