Nothing is bad!
You need to take the air cans off and re-grease the inside.
There is not enough negative air pressure and once you overhaul it the negative chamber will be reset to a normal balance making it very smooth!
The shock is awesome and can be tuned any way you like it!

This sound is because air get into oil chamber. You will need to send it to someone who know how to service this shock.
But if you want service only air chamber, no problem
. There are plenty of tutorials how do this. It's not so hard. You will need some grease (without lithium) and something like this www.uni-max.com.pl/klucz-pasowy/d/img . Rest you will find in internet.
