ah come on they feel wrong to everyone at first. it's something that takes abit of time to get into. BUT it's not like you HAVE to run pegs to fit in or anything gay like that.

Well, I'll rant for a little bit then.
I'm a trick stick hater because it seems BMX has been polluted and clogged up with the same ol' stuff. If you look at web videos (and produced videos alike) today, a disgusting majority of them only consist of barspins and grind combos. Exact same thing, over and over and over. There is no originality or creativity in that. BMX to me is obviously first of all about fun, but second to keep it fresh and unique. Trick sticks don't seem to do any of that for me. I've rode them for about an hour once (there's like 2 clips in this video of me screwing around: www.pinkbike.com/video/173796) and then I got tired of them. Going two miles an hour and sliding on a ledge appeals little to me. I don't understand the fun in it.
So anyways, maybe one day I'll convert and throw on some pegs, but for now, the interest is minimal. However, I appreciate your feedback man. Please don't take my peg hate personally or anything, ha ha.

The way Bruno Hoffman/Nathan Williams use pegs is very different than the way Adam22 or a lot of random east coast riders from the early 2000's do. Almost all of the most creative and talented riders progressing this sport ride pegs more than ever now. How are grind combos any different than any other trick combos? Doing a feeble grind on a box in your garage is very different than a crook hard 180 down a decently sized handrail.
I'm not hating or anything just stating my opinion as you just did.

BMX is so vast today there are just too many genres of riding to keep up with. Although I didn't do any real grinds in my new edit, I'm not afraid to say progressive peg tricks are one of the funnest parts of bmx, plus it helps give any skater friends you might have another way to respect it.

Ha ha. I was there on Tuesday and Wednesday. We never end up going to Nelson, so I haven't hit you up to ride. For the future, I'll consider a wider proximity.
But yeah, that park is sooooo good. Love it.

Yeah, I haven't been there either. We usually loop through Cranbrook/Kimberley instead. Would be nice to go more Southwest. I'll let you know when I'm around again. Probably won't be for a while though. A roadtrip to the States is a possibility next year. However, Alberta's always callin' for ya.

21.25" or 21.5" would likely be better as you're coming from a mountain biking background. However, that's obviously very difficult to find in a complete. Nobody makes 21.5" TT for completes, but if you do some research you might be able to find 21.25". With that being said, 21" isn't all that bad and the SU3 is a dialed bike. You can always change a few things for a bigger set-up in the future anyways.
