the runs got better as the day went on, well apart from the second one...fell off on the rooty section just before the motorway snapping my mount for my cam

erk!! such a long demanding course innit, wierd watchin the pro's then doin it yourself is just so physically demanding, like a condensed workout and doing university challange all in one
