 take it apart, and check the rebound and compression cartridges to see if there is anything going on with play in them, then put some new oil in, and make sure everything is torqued to spec and see if that helps. sounds like the rebound cartridge topping out, so maybe try tightening the foot bolt, and check you're oil levels and make sure they are correct. same thing happened to my totem, wound up being that my oil level slowly got lower from a seal leak and was causing it to top out, so i rebuild the fork and it was solved for the most part

 Thank you for answering ! I took the fork apart, and realized that the snap-ring connecting the spring shaft with the upper leg had failed to keep them together !

 this problem is from the spring tub . you don't have the negative spring Smile disassemble the left part of the fork and resolve the problem

 Hit the stanchion with a really big hammer, should solve the problem.
