Thanks for making the vid, I've had loads of fun hitting that trail. Stoke is my local but I've been out with a busted wrist for a few months now. Back on the bike soon! Look forward to meeting you lot (not James Payne!) on the trails. Cheers.

yeah, i think i one heard to find perfect bar width you should have your shoulders at a 45 degree angle form straight in front, and your forearms parallel, that will give you your perfect widths

That track is great fun James, depends how fast you hit it as to how hard it is. Stoke's got some pretty cool, fun stuff, you can't beat some flat, loose turns at full tilt!

If i ride dh i am more into the more fr style tracks... But yeah i get what you mean, aston from my experience was the same, you can get down the hill with ease, you take stuff fast and you find yourself hugging a tree... Personally i hate flat turns though. im much more into a nice steep berm

its like piss easy....flat, and dull....much rather Dirty Fox to that...tepot isnt the only track at cafe....i have ridden it several times, but half of it doesnt work...like crossing the fireroad with that log you rode across...ect. its illegal aswell so it will probably be ripped out at some point, thats why no one builds out stoke

yeah it does need alot of work in places, but personally i think it has more potential then haldon, haldon is too enclosed by trees

more illegal? Cafeside is safe because we're working with the rangers, cafeside is to stay, that's why the fat 20 ft gaps are still there! Any new tracks are being built at cafe that are a f*ck load better than teapot!

Still doesn't affect the fact that track is quite good, although it might be easy on your 3 grand dh bike, on a hardtail trying to go really fast is quite challenging

well its pretty smooth, so i expect u can go faster on a hardtail, hardtails are quick, some people up cafe nearly as fast on a ht as me on my big rig.....
