changes are poor, there is a lot of wasted footage, and very little is in time, the slow mo is distasteful, and the riding is poor, combines with poor camera work i would not say it is a very good edit. well done for the effort, but go watch some good mtb vids, and get some inspiration ideas, and techniques. seriously watch something like lifecycles 5 times and analyse the shit out of it, you will learn more than anyone could possibly teach you

In life cycles they had top notch camera equipment and crews, not to mention the best editing software out there plus proffesional riders.

i never said he could do what lifecycles did, but you can learn a hell of a lot from watching it. also the riding in it was pretty poor to be honest

Not every single person rides to be the best, some ride to have fun and just because the start of this edit isn't up to your, obviously, amazing standards of filming, editing and riding you don't need to rip it out of it. Have you not read what it says at the top of the comment box? Keep it civil! Be constructive and on-topic!

I didnt just insult it, and i am not saying the riding has to be top notch, but what is the point in commenting if i give him nothing to work on, i also gave suggestions on how to improve as well as saying fair play for the effort. Why sugar coat it. you dont need amazing equipment to fill well, but this was just boring in the sense of filming and editing, there is no point in lying
(i was saying the riding in lifecycles was poor, badly worded, my bad) but i was saying it to point out it isnt about being an amazing rider, it is about capturing the emotion of the rider, why have a skew 4 seconds of a rider pealing towards a small jump when you could have 1 second of the harsh landing in a puddle... you see what i mean. i am simply being constructive...
