Gd Vid, PInch your seat more and spin ur bars with 1 hand more spooth not so fast and catch them with the other hand. coz u hold 1 hand up in the air all the time.

I ride bmx .....now bought a mountain bike and getting into it but im asuming its the same principals as bmx pinch your seat and keep your head over the stem so u dont fall of the back.

Youre sorta jumping off your bike or lifting your feet off the pedals.. Pinch the seat with your legs and spin them bars.
