I don't know what you mean by being a circuit but anybody can race any of the races. If you race category 1 or pro you need a license but other than that you don't need anything special. Yeah, you got me at about 1:08. And you can get all the information on the series here:http://www.allgravityseries.com/

yessir, there was a ton more video but it would have been way to much. there also was a whole other part to the race but i lost the videos somehow! thanks!
