w/ custom gearing 29/32 9spd granny, 38 tooth big ring

Not sure how well you can gauge the steepness --- l will say, it's a pretty steep hill. Almost wheelie'd out near the top but can clear the hill at about 85% effort (aka: l wasn't really hammerin' too hard).

 with that 29 tooth granny, that's ideal for climbing... don't like how low a 22 or 24 tooth granny rolls, it's too low, might as well be walking the bike with a gear that low AND l like that 38 tooth chain ring for the big ring cause you get a really nice top-end speed when you're hauling down trails like the Autobahn.

 drp to a 34 o4 32 up front and climb away..
