Did an edit of my mate, first attempt I've ever done something like this, any comments and tips are much aprreciated.

 Yup.. Thats a pretty gay helmet... Your manuals are pretty fresh... But other than that all you did was up the 3 down the 3. pretty boring.

 Not sure, I shall ask him tomorrow! He does have a proper 'BMX style' lid helmet, but seems to wear this one.
