 Might be a stupid question but in a couple of those clips how are coasting backwards and not back pedaling?

 Using a neutral gear. I removed the last cog in my cassette and placed a spacer instead, so when I want to use I just downshift.

 I dont have a freecoaster, I have a neutral gear. It is like a space with no cog in my cassette.
