The clips are out of order... This is the single track trail to the right of the road in Upper Bidwell park just past HorseShoe Lake. If you ride those downhill, you end up at a bridge for the golf course and there is a bike trail that leads off to the right. Take it down and you eventually end up on Centential which takes you to 5 Mile Park and the paved trail you see in there.
