Yea Duthie is strictly a bike park. It was built by a non-profit org called evergreen mtbing alliance and supported by the county. There is no cost to ride although it is all ride around and walk-up trails. All of the lines are well kept. This is the place where I keep up on skills and conditioning for the bigger places I ride like Whistler. Come up and have fun. There is lots to ride for all levels. And if you are up here for an extended period you can ride Stevens Pass Bike Park which is lift operated.
And do you have to hike back to the top or is there like a shuttle that takes you?
