well to upload in full hd you'll need to export the video in 1920x1080 16:9 (it should be an export option on whatever software you're using) If you want to upload in super widescreen (like most of my latest edits) you'll need to custom your export settings to 2538x1080. If you decide to export using the last setting I described, bare in mind that it essentially chops 1cm of the top and bottom of the clip so sometimes it can cut heads/body's out of the clips.
