Sent over the bars by a root that popped the back tire up upon impact.

 The sirens are a nice touch. I like the sitting up look like " WTF was just happened"

 Nothing I could have done to avoid it, it was an XC trail so my seat was up so high that I could not get my weight over the back. Shit happens, to everyone.

 Ouch, that sucks. I know that trail, thats Radical Trail at Hardwood Hills, been there lots of times. Great place.
