 your chain tensioners is probably just effed, those ones are crap, get the new shimano alfine tensioner, there unreal, and only 24.99 at my store

 yeah its most likly your tensioner, but doesnt a district ss have sliding vert drop outs?

 make your chain so that you dont need a tensioner.
