your chain tensioners is probably just effed, those ones are crap, get the new shimano alfine tensioner, there unreal, and only 24.99 at my store

yeah its most likly your tensioner, but doesnt a district ss have sliding vert drop outs?

your chain is just off your tensioner....that happened to my alot with my old bike.

make your chain so that you dont need a tensioner.

if none of the above works then your pawls are stripped
