How about everyone shuts up and keeps their sarcastic comments to themselves? A video demonstration in real time of what a well executed 180 looks like is actually very didactic, so I don't know why you're all complaining. Sure, he could have made it longer, or added a written/spoken explanation, but parting from there technically you people could have made some videos yet you haven't. Just enjoy the video.
