Either some aluminium tubing or some fairly thick plastic pipe (wodnt trust less than 4mm thick plastic, i forgot what the ID Needed to be
but just measure the thickness of the talas cartridge then +1-2 mm and that ID tube will fit, sorry this id a really bad explanation, if you want me to explain anything in more detail pm me

I just took apart my Talas for lowering, for those wondering your spacer must be around 23mm I.D. and no more than 30mm O.D.
