I had a complete rupture on my ACL in my left knee. Its been a year and a half and it still gives me troubles. Im glad to be back on a bike. Hope your recovery goes all good!

good luck man i had an acl reconstruction and i just tore the same rebuilt acl now i have to have the surgery again be careful
