HSC - Another one bites the dust
Logging is an inevitable fact and the end of the line for many trials. The zone this trail is in is getting logged in the coming weeks, so we got out to film the trail one last time. Thanks to the builders who put in countless hours and years of dedication.

Building trial on any land you assume the risk of it getting logged. Until the day comes that biking brings in as much money as timber we will continue to lose trails to logging... For now all we can do is try to work with land management organizations and the logging companies. It's just a fact of life, even though it sucks!

Not familiar with this trail but I am to some other trails in Bellingham. It seems like so much Washington stuff is getting logged and it is upsetting but it is what it is like TreeLinesNW said better a tree farm than a neighborhood. For a second I thought this was a trail by Snoqualmie that is a super fun spot to ride. Where is this? If you don't want to tell it is totally understandable but it looks super fun and I would like to ride it before it gets logged.

man, I'd be balling my eyes out if I was one of the people who rode that trail, it looks amazing!! stupid loggers, i dont understand how they can destroy such a beautiful place.. at least it was fun while it lasted!
