how did you make that pole looking towards you and how does it attach to your helmet?

I checked some of the tutorials on youtube..and used 2 GoPro curved surface helmet mounts and 2 gopro handlebar mounts to hold the ski pole on to the helmet. Something like this:

with additional counterwheight at the back (behind the helmet).
