Why is half of every video the intro? you have to wait like 2 minutes for actual riding. nobody is a pro because they walk their bike nice

What specific Lupine lighting systems are used here? I was shopping around and saw some Lupine setups for $1,000! I'd be thrilled if this was just the mid-range lamp group (but I know it probably isn't).
