A Sunny but Slippery Day in the Forest of Dean - Nov 2012
First day riding my TR450... headed over to FOD for an uplift with my mate Andrew and met up with Nathan for a good days riding... am very happy with the bike too!...

Injury / ongoing issue wise - I have another MRI booked for the 23rd of December - so we'll see if that highlights anything... but am going to see my GP as well just in case the problem's not neck related!... pain in the f**kin' ass tho!... and I'm going to continue to ride - as I don't think time off the bike will help!... unless I'm told to do so that is!... catch up soon...
