First Session Of the New Year

The guys of SAD shredding a local trail in preparation for the first race of the season in feb. good morning had by all i'd say!!

Is that your home made track - looks fun but don't know if it's gonna be good preparation as it looks pretty dry... every track down here is practically washed out at the mo... is the race in question the mini-downhill at FOD?... funny end too!...

erm...by prep i guess i mean just getting out on bikes rather than not lol...yep its the home track...had a good time...we all did a time trial or two to get used to pushing ...all went to within half a second of each others time...28.5-29 seconds...so not the longest of tracks...

That's cool to be doing timed runs... bit of a mates race which adds to the fun!... and from what I hear it's not the length that counts... it's the girth!... or was that a 4X'r that said that!... oh I don't know!...

4xr thats pretty funny.....may be heading to chicky this coming weekend if your up for it......or maybe stile cop.....but thinking of fod on the 26th...not to race just to ride.....btw...bring the champagne as itll be my 31st

Chicky or Stile Cop this weekend isn't possible sadly... but reckon I should be ok for FOD on the 26th... you doing uplifts or pushing?... and the champagne will have to wait till after the riding as they don't mix!... something to do with all the bubbles... and trust me... you don't wanna blow chunks with a full facer on!...

yep...i can imagine thats pretty rank...

you cant book the uplift on a race weekend...its £2 a shot....so everyone who is racing has the option to use it or not...usually dead on race days from what ive seen though as most are sessioning the track....a few of us are heading out in mansfield on the saturday night...so might end up riding stile cop yet instead of fod...either way you should come as will be fun...and you can always come crash at mine if you fancy a night out too...
