new 30 ft jump at z's signs of good things to come and fun part of a trail

It was built with the intention of "progressive" jumping. Modeled after the "Basic Training" jump in Black Rock, OR. The lander goes from 4' high to 0" in 22' all DH. The lander lip is 3' lower than the take-off lip which is a bout 4'-6" high and 12' long....nice and smooth. The overall jump is 28'-6", lip to lip.

Glad you hit it. It makes me feel better since I'm going for my virgin attempt this afternoon. Did you ever case it? Just wondering what it would feel like. Not planning on it, just wondering if you hit the wood and bounce?

Yeah it's very caseable my first try I cased it at like the 25ft mark and rode away fine you just need ALOT of speed to clear it all the way but it's nice cause you can get used to the speed and case it without killing yourself haha it's super nice have fun on it

They rebuilding Zs? Them jumps look sick! The latter is a good idea so people don't kill themselves up there. Im going to have to get down there soon! Ive been away from santa cruz for too long.

I had a feeling Dom would be back at it soon...looks sick. Nice air man. Can't wait to try that. I've done a tiny bit of work myself down there on some smaller hits just past the 20'...slowly but surely Z's will come back to life!
