Mt. Snowdon Helmetcam

Duane chasing Tom down parts of Snowdon. Not riding very quick as we were slightly shattered after a 3.5hr push in the the rain/wind...

 i been down snowden on the bike, too, the bottom bit is well fun, i went up on the train though! the dude let me and my m8 on cause it was nearly empty and our bikes were clean!

 wud u say thats worth it? me n a mate were thining of it we did thorpe cloud in dovedale (check pics) and would it be worth just to maybe the 1/2 way? cheers Big Grin

 nice vid but next time have the helmet cam looking up a bit more so we can see more than just a few metres of path!

 Is this as big as the trails get in the UK, or are there some that are steeper, but shorter?

 Yes, this trail is extremely tame tbh compared to "proper" DH tracks, this is basically a walkers path up/down Snowdon (tallest mtn in England/wales), so its pretty long, but not exactly technical.

 is there spesial dates to do this or can you do it anytime

 they say bikes arnt aloud on in the summer months between like 6 and 10 i think but we did it on a weekday at about 12 and the walkers that where there moved out of the way! i think they where more scared than being polite!there was 8 of us all firing down at lets just say speed! Smile its defo a must ride if your sirous about your mountain biking!
