Where knee pads while learning barspins kids

I was trying hop bars. I know there really small hops and this is a clip of the worse knee smash. I know my problem is that I'm trying to throw with both hands, I'm working on it. And it randomly didn't upload it as wide screen.. Weird

tell yourself you can do it! picture yourself riding away. and you will be throwing them no problem. also try taking your foot off when you do them it helped me, makes them alot less scary an'd youw won't be wrecking your knees. if you commit you well get hurt less, and learn them so much faster!!!!

I don't want to try them taking my foot off because knowing me, I won't be able to keep it on after getting in the habit of taking it off. I know I will get them, I'm getting close and I'll post a vid when I do

Guild them first its way easier and also do them out of a flyout.

Yeah, after watching this in slow mo, I noticed I'm not letting go with my right hand until my arms are almost at X up. It makes it a lot harder to catch cause I need to move my arms back. I'm trying to fix it and honestly I'm not sure why but I find it easier on flat then a fly out (And usually less painful if it's grass). Time to practice more on the tramp bike!

Yeah, its a bit different in out of a fly out, it feel pretty close to a tramp bike, its just a little harder to get it around. Keep working on them you will get them soon, and in the end it all comes down to commitment

Yeah I haven't had a functional bike for about 2 weeks because I sold my frame and the frame I ordered isn't here yet. I'm borrowing a friends frame here and it was my first day on it haha. But I find the tramp bike does really help

Just borrowing off of someone who works at Experience, I ordered a Transition but it's not in yet so Matt's letting me use his frame. I built it yesterday it's a 2010 Norco 4Hun
