How's the ankle ?

Had a crash last week at FJ's MTB Park and chipped my ankle bone, knee swelled a bit and shin hurt just a touch haha but went for an casual ride to see how it was feeling. Not too bad i guess. :)

yeah bruv and yeah he told me at the top of track n i told not a good idea to do it again today lol, he's ok tho just a little after tryin to hack the tree down with his body
