video to show what ive done between the large gap in time between my first and second race of the year. really tried to work on my confidence on drops and gaps and it worked alot :) sadly though its took its tole on my bike and its know really broken :(. few crashes but got up everytime

 Nice edit, dont forget you have wharncliffe, ambergate and notts to train at, uplifts are nice but alot of travelling, i find pushing up helps with my fitness Smile
