When it won't start like that, don't kick at it, put your foot to the floor and hold the pedal down until it starts.

 Hasnt been started in...2-3 weeks. It does that often. I need a whole engine tune up. I changed the timing a bit so hopefully it"ll be a bit easier to start. Probably need to take that carb off and clean it out.

 Timing was off. Carb does need a rebuild for sure.
