Bike Park Wales, Dai Hard

 Did exactly the same thing first time I rode it and nearly snapped both wrists. Last time I was there I had a pedal slip just before the take off and went off it head first, minus the bike. We were down there for a week but had to cancel our second visit to BPW due to my smashed ribs:-( I swore just as much as you did mate, makes everything feel better doesn't it?

 I was up there Sunday and it is a fair sized gap indeed, and the step down has got to be 8ftish. It was the only thing i didn't hit, thought i'd keep it for the next visit, lol. You landed pretty well though

 Ha ha that road gap got me except I hit the ground like a sack of shit. Over the bars face into the ground game over there's a similar drop on enter the dragon. That f*cker had me 2 epic video pal

 I don't usually swear that much and rode last week at the same venue. All I can say is that is the most perfect, measured and appropriate use of the F word :-)

 I was watching and i kept on reading the comments about 'some road gap' and then out of BAM
