really bad crash on recoil in Mammoth

Crashed on recoil in Mammoth Mountain. My helmet came off and i cut open my forehead and got cuts all over.

and thats why you tie your helmet TIGHTLY, not the stupid thing where kids do it loosely so they can take their helmet on and off with out doing the strap
