Kurwa in polish is used same as fu*k in english.
Examples:
Co to kurwa jest? = What the fu*k is this?
O kurwa Kondziu! = Oh fu*ck Kondziu!
Twoja żona to kurwa = Your wife is a hooker.
Most of Polish people use kurwa word couple times everyday, but some pathological people are overusing this word or using kurwa as a comma, example: www.youtube.com/watch?v=fq80iWToXmI
But kurwa's really meaning is vulgar term for prostitute. Hope that's enough explanation
