a bad days riding
a small error at cwmcarn DH trail result, dislocated shoulder that i popped back in straight away, a broken clavicle in to 3 pieces, reconstruction operation in two weeks, wrist broken it 4 pieces screwed and plated back together, scaphoid fracture needs to be pinned also maybe lucky. various cuts and bruises pictures in my photos and xrays.

bucked big time, that's hard lines mate, seen the photo's too, you came off worse than I did, had a small off on the berm just after the bridge, hope your on the home stretch of recovery....

yeah knew the drop in to the bridge the rebound was to fast but thought i'd reset at the bottom, ops yeah recovering but have another op to go on my shoulder first though
