 You know, carbon fiber splinters have to be surgically removed Mr. Einstein. Was kinda cool though.

 They don't HAVE to be removed surgically. No one got any anyway, so it doesn't matter.

 Yeah they don't HAVE to, but that's always a possibility. It's a really expensive possibility too. The hospitals always charge an arm and a leg anyways. Kinda like the government.
