it's stile cop, a couple of miles from the main visitor centre. If you've got sat nav stile cop road, if not and get to birches valley through rugely follow the a460 cannock road from the globe roundabout, head out of Rugely and stile cop road is the first turning on the left after you leave Rugely signposted for the cemetary.
Up the hill about 1/2 mile or so and the entrance is the fire road on the right, drive past and there is a car park on the left.
You can ride there from the visitor centre, do half a lap which is to section 8, that's the downhill bit with the 2 humps followed by 3 humps, follow it up the hill and over the log roll then turn left instead of right, go down the hill, there's a good little trail down the hill on the left.
Down to the level crossing, over the main road (careful, very busy) straight on and up the fire road, keep going up and the road will turn to the left and climb more steeply, as you get to the top of this bit you will see a little trail or a bit further on a fire road gate, go left down here, follow this onto the fire road, roll down the hill and you will see the bottom (finish line areas) of the downhill on your right. Push up the fireroad and you are ready to ride.
Have fun!
