You guys have a good method for carrying rods and i bet you can't wait to go further out.

i actually put a rod flush mount in it, it should not really weaken the kayak to much and i am not planning on anything rapids over class 4 so it should not be a problem. there are suppose to be some huge trout in this lake, people are getting 3-7 fish for a few hours of fishing, from 2 pounds to 5 pounds. we were on the more of the wake boarding and ski side, there is a little rock valley with a much bigger side where fish are suppose to be. my bro has a fish finder to hook up ahaha
