Fort William World cup track following Richard Abbott

Me (Alex Gann) following team Aston Hill rider Rich Abbott down the world cup course in Fort William, getting practice for the second round of the British downhill series. I got 3/4 of the way down, and my hands hurt so much I thought I didn't want to risk hitting 40ft jumps at 40mph with my hands only just hanging on, so i took a quick rest. Rich is pretty quick for a grand vet!
