Do you guys know how to bunny hop? If no, the easiest way to do it is to bend you arms and legs (squishing the bike down or preloading your suspension) then you spring up quickly pulling hard on the bars, just like when you jump without your bike, your feet aim downwards, you want to do that on the pedals but sweep backwards and upwards at the same time. Another way of bunny hoping (the harder way) is called the American bunny hop, that is where you pull up on the bars, sweeping the bars back as if doing a wheelie or manual, but then you push forward once your front wheel is off the ground (this helps your rear get off the ground) then you have to sweep up on the pedals (just like in the normal bunny hop). The American bunny hop is what you want to do when jumping over an obstacle, it allows you to go slower than the normal bunny hop when trying to clear an obstacle because you pull the front wheel up when you get with in a certain distance from the obstacle, once you get your front up, you pull up on the back about when your front wheel is over the obstacle, this allows you to go a little slower than the normal bunny hop when trying to clear an obstacle. I hope this helps if you didn't already know how to bunny hop, practice makes perfect

Also it helps to set your suspension preload to fast when starting off, it helps you get off the ground with little practice, but then turn the speed down a bit since you want a slower, stiffer set up for a Dj bike
