 Yes, they are in some woods between the weird black and white church thing and the horns inn.

 No, anyone can ride there, they are council run. But it's often poorly maintained because very few people know about them. We try and dig the drainage ditches and patch the lips as often as possible but the bombholes always fill up etc.
