everyone thinks lacing is really hard, it's not actually, you just need some patience, takes me about 2 hours to do a wheel.

Well, depends how many wheels he has built. I can do one in about an hour and a half, with just as good quality.

yeah that was my first wheel i built, plus i spent a lot of time on pinkbike and stuff

Great job on your first wheel, it's much easier than people make it out to be isn't it. I've done about 14-16 wheels I think, I still make mistakes lacing them sometimes, only if people are distracting me though.

id love to be able to lace my own wheels up, would help alot if you needed money

it's not very hard at all.
as long as you find good instructions it is basic to lace up. tensioning and truing takes longer but comes quicker with practice.
