Yeah, cheers, out of interest, what bike would you recommend me get out of these three: YT Industries Noton 2.0 Pro, Kona Carbon Operator or spend the extra cash and get a Kona Process 167 when it comes out? Would mainly be riding at aston.

If you're Mainly at Aston Then i'd take the full advantage of the Carbon Operator all day long, YT are nice yeah but the Notion won't be no-where near as capable as the Operator on Surface to Air and also if you really wanna stomp hard in root sections etc.

Hey mate, sick video, out of interest, whats the commencal fr like down aston hill compared to the downhill bike?
  • + 1
Thanks man, well the commencal is mine the Kona is a friends, he's much smaller than me and rides a small, I'm almost six foot and ride a medium commy, tbh copes with anything at Aston hill but I'd prefer a longer wheelbase on surface to air, other than that perfect if you can hold on when things get a bit rougher.

 True, thanks for your help

Yw Man, weigh up the pros and cons to where you ride the most

Would you pick a different DH rig for the price tho?

I mean I saw the normal carbon operator for like 2500 quid somewhere , that's value for money and potential to upgrade the parts as you go, costs about the same amount as building one in the long run, it's what I done with my commencal. I'm waiting on a 2015 transition TR500 atm, only down to the fact that I wouldn't go carbon, I want 650b & the XL Size frame. I'm looking at quite a bit to build but a whole lot less than the £5200 price tag they put on there top spec model.

Oh right, what build would you be doing?

Thanks bud buying the yellow one if you look at the photos of it I'm getting basically identical build but with saint instead of xo sram which Is down to personal preference but I prefer shimano all day long!
