 Yeah credit crunch ....however if you think about it in another point of view you can asume that oil prices droped and theoretically flying cost should be the same.
1500 ...hmm....I might just stick with mega budget Bulgaria. I му calculated that to survive including flight food e.t.c. it will cost me about 200-250 pounds for 5 days.

 Looks very fun - how much was the trip?

 Between Oz-en-Oisans and Morzine for a 3 week trip, about 1500-2000 pounds in total, but with the poor exchange rate, I think this year it'll be more expensive.
