It was something like 1.4mm but I'll have to check. I remember them coming out shorter than ideal even though the measurements were right.

So it's not really a whole lot that you had to pull off. I'll see if I can get a few sets of spares and do this with my hubs. I'd love to have tighter engagement on both of mine (as if 80POE isn't already enough).

Also, I didn't shorten them, I made new ones. Shortening the existing ones would be a lot easier though.
