My Kirk is doing exactly the same thing, I have emailed YT and have attached a link to this video to let them see an example of this issue,

as the Kirk has been out for a while now surely this would have been mentioned before if it wasn't a fault, also, are your adjusters really tight to move (to get to the base settings), mine were so stiff I had to use a cloth on them to stop it tearing the skin off my fingers.
