It was pretty fun and a beautiful day. Haha it's all good man I was fine. Was such a low speed crash cause I was just getting so damn tired.

Haha glad I'm not alone! These crazy long descents I'm not used to (there was more to it before the fade in). I went back today and I get bad hand and lower back cramps haha. I feel like an old man.
